Living in Balingup

Details for your Builder

There is no set time to build on the lot, you can take your time to plan your dream country home. There will be a protective covenant on the lots to ensure that lots are built to a quality standard and to preserve the amenity of the land for all. This will be provided as part of the sales contract and is available from the selling agent.

The benefit of securing a lot now is that you have time to plan, design and appoint your builder, before settlement. Once settled and you have your approvals to build, you can get your build underway so that you can enjoy the lifestyle that Balingup has to offer you and your family.

The lots will be fully serviced with underground power (with three phase available). NBN will service this land with internet.

Reticulated water will be available to the lots and owners will require a septic system on their land. Fencing will be provided to by the Seller to ensure the estate has consistent quality fencing and in a rural style, details of this will be part of the sale contract.

Eat

The town strip in Balingup contains many good café, restaurant and coffee options. The nearby Daily Grind café is open daily serving great locally roasted coffee and homestyle treats. One of the best things about this land is that you can walk to the café strip for a coffee and newspaper but still have a country lifestyle on a big plot of land.

Drink

We are spoilt for choice with many a vineyard, cidery or artisan producer (be it chocolate or cheese) not too far away. There are numerous vineyard cellar doors open for tastings and more than one cider factory to visit. If coffee is your drink of choice, you are spoilt for choice in roasters and good baristas.
